Desirée Kennedy, Chief Financial Officer & City Treasurer, briefed Council with respect to Development Charges and Nancy Neale, Manager Municipal Finance, Watson & Associates spoke to Council regarding the upcoming Development Charges Background Study and By-Law.

Councillor Oosterhof left the meeting at 6:45 p.m. and did not return.

Councillor Osanic joined the meeting at 6:04 PM.
