Roll Call

The meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m. His Worship Mayor Paterson presided.

Disclosure of Potential Pecuniary Interest

Councillor Amos declared his potential pecuniary interest with respect to Report Number 26-033, Proposed 2026 Operating and Capital Budget, specifically with respect to recreational programming, as he is an employee of the Seniors Association Kingston Region, which receives funding from the City of Kingston through a memorandum of understanding agreement.

Mayor Bryan Paterson introduced the 2026 Operating and Capital Budgets.

Proposed 2026 Operating and Capital Budgets

The purpose of this report is to provide Council with the proposed 2026 Operating and Capital Budgets for Council's consideration.

Kingston Economic Development Corporation

Donna Gillespie, Chief Executive Officer and Cathy Campbell-Wilson, Board Chair, presented the Kingston Economic Development Corporation budget.

Tourism Kingston

Megan Knott, Chief Executive Officer, presented the Tourism Kingston budget.

3.

Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority

David Ellingwood, General Manager, presented the Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority budget.

4.

Southeast Public Health

Dr. Piotr Oglaza, Medical Officer of Health & CEO and John Wickson, Finance Manager, presented the Southeast Public Health budget.
