    That Councillor Oosterhof be elected as Chair of the Appeals Committee and Shawn Cahill be elected as Vice-Chair of the Appeals Committee.

Ms. Oare conducted a PowerPoint presentation regarding the status of the property. She noted that the appellant had achieved compliance on all items listed in the Order to Remedy for this property. 

The Chair provided an opportunity for the Committee to ask questions. There were no questions from the Committee. 

The Chair provided an opportunity for the appellant to provide comments regarding the property update. There were no comments provided.

The Order to Remedy CEPS202403623 was closed as compliance was achieved.
