Addendum

That Council resolve itself into the Committee of the Whole “Closed Meeting” to consider the following items:

1. A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Clogg's Road Business Park; 
2. Labour relations or employee negotiations - Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), Local 109 - Collective Bargaining;
3. Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - Potential Litigation; and 
4. Education & training pursuant to Section 293(3.1) of the Municipal Act - Customer Service Standards.
